The Challenge
Compliance Discovery Solutions (Compliance DS) wanted to create a way for its clients to archive and restore workspaces without having to log support ticket. For this leading service provider that prides itself on empowering clients to manage their data, ticketed support requests from clients often arrived during non-business hours. It added work to the Compliance DS team's plate and hours for each request to the end clients' work as well if there was wait time.
However, trying to circumvent Relativity's native security could put their clients at risk of accidental disclosure. Not wanting this to occur, they needed experts to build a custom permission setting that would grant them additional administrative capabilities within Relativity and not break or compromise functionality.
The Solution
Milyli built a new archive and restore feature faster than other vendors could. With ten years of expertise customizing Relativity, the Milyli team was able to simplify and bypass specs other teams would have had to execute to ensure a solution worked within Compliance DS’s instance.
The solution now in place allows Compliance DS’s end-users to access, archive, and restore workspaces with autonomy and the confidence that they are not compromising their cases’ security.
