How to Prepare Painless Participant Indexes With Chronicle

With the latest Chronicle release, preparing participant indexes –or participant logs– gets a boost with the ability to add metadata to a normalized name.

Chronicle customers have requested three additional key pieces of information for normalized names that we were happy to deliver:

1. Attorney Designation 

2. Title 

3. Organization 

With these added, now, when you create or edit normalized values, you can also provide the accompanying information — making keeping track of who's who easier than ever! 

Reusable Work Product Rules 

It's great to be able to specify the participant information as part of your normal process, but not having to do it is even better.

All of the new information can be imported into your case right alongside the normalized names you can already import. 

So whether you've already built up the information or you're exporting from another case with Chronicle, you can import the attorney designation, title, and organization ahead of time and save your reviewers from the extra work!
