We seek to add an IT Manager to our team.


Milyli is looking for an IT Manager ready to work with peers across the company as we re-envision our flagship software as a premier SaaS legal redaction offering. We need you to manage a team and pitch in to fulfill responsibilities, including help desk, security, hardware, networking, and business software improvements. 

 

Milyli’s flagship software, Blackout, is an on-premises automated redaction solution built on the Relativity platform for the legal industry. Blackout has placed billions of redactions on tens of millions of documents.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will:


  • Oversee IT infrastructure and ensure performance. 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures for hardware, networks, internal and customer data, etc. 

  • Advise engineering regarding SSDLC concerns, best practices, and auditing needs. 

  • Assist with cloud infrastructure management and security. 

  • Investigate security incidents and lead response and disaster recovery efforts. 

  • Collaborate and create IT solutions for general business needs. 

  • Oversee and assist with help desk responsibilities. 

  • Manage vendors and source hardware, software, and services to achieve the above goals. 

  • Manage projects to implement all necessary systems and processes. 


Your Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information security, or a related field. 

  • Combination of 10 years in IT and information security at a software company. 

  • Proven experience managing IT infrastructure, security tools, and associated services. 

  • Knowledge of cloud security best practices. 

  • Experience implementing and auditing processes for security frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, etc. 

  • Track record of vendor management and contract negotiations. 

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities. 

  • Aptitude for collaboration with cross-functional teams. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Change management skills par excellence. 

  • Ability to ascend/descend ladders and lift, carry, position, and fit standard IT hardware weighing up to 50 pounds or more with assistance.
