Do you want a job where you can make it like you like it?
Milyli is looking for people. “What kind of people,” you ask? Curious people for starters so it’s good that you asked. We are also looking for people who want to make sure our customers succeed, who are results oriented and that are as passionate about technology as we are.
Our customers are our top priority. Not only because they pay the bills which is how we are able to eat, keep warm, get referrals and buy fun, new technology to work with. But also because we like helping others succeed. The definition of a job well done is entirely in our clients hands and we want to always hear that each job was well done.
Talking to our customers and making sure they are happy is one thing. Making sure the customer is happy and their project comes in on time and on budget is another. There usually isn’t any way to get that stamp of well doneness we covet so much if a project is overdue. Milyli is looking for people that know how to get the job done to every positive superlative we can think of and on time to boot.
We want people that want to learn about the platforms and tools they use on a daily basis simply because they enjoy it. Not that we won’t pay you a very competitive salary, we will. But money only goes so far. If you don’t love what you do, there is no incentive we can give you that will make you happy doing it.
If you love to sell solutions, design deployments, service software, manage machines, supervise systems, write about widgets, test technology or architect applications, we want to hear from you. Please send your resume to careers@milyli.com

We could fill books about how we believe a software company should treat its employees. But much better writers have already done so. We’re just going to paraphrase a little. We believe people who have a job to get done should have the best environment possible and tools available. We believe that it is more fun to work with smart people. We believe that satisfied customers determines a job well done and that lines of code, number of phone calls taken or length of media produced are poor indicators of performance. Simply put, our employees should be as happy as possible with all aspects of their career and it is our responsibility to see that happens.
