We seek to add a Senior QA Engineer to our team.
Milyli is hiring an individual to take ownership of designing and executing test plans and implementing automated tests for our various products. We are looking for someone with experience in both manual and automated testing who is as committed to quality as we are.
You will be working as part of the engineering team on our flagship product Blackout for Relativity, and joining us in our development of an exciting new greenfield product. If you are passionate about quality and have a user-focused mindset, we want to hear from you!

YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE
In this role, you will:
Operate in an Agile / Scrum environment
Participate in and discuss testing concerns during sprint planning
Assess areas of risk in regard to testing
Create internal product documentation
Mentor junior QA members
Participate in continually improving development and testing processes
Be a proponent for a culture of quality
Create effective test plans, including an appropriately scoped regression testing strategy
Manage and maintain the manual test suites for our PII identification and management legal software suite
Perform scripted and exploratory manual testing
Create well-defined defect reports and validate their fixes
Work with the Quality Engineering Lead to identify test automation candidates
Create and maintain automated API and UI tests
Reproduce incoming client issues
Be an advocate for the user experience
To be successful in this role, we’re looking for someone who has:
3-5+ years of cumulative software testing experience
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices
Ability to create effective test data
Proficiency with at least one programming language, such as C#
Experience with API and UI testing, or the willingness and attitude to learn quickly
Working knowledge of SQL scripts
Be an excellent communicator, including the ability to effectively communicate with different audiences
Ability to work autonomously and self-prioritize testing responsibilities
Have strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Be able to collaborate as part of a QA team, as well as a larger engineering team
Nice to haves
Experience within the legal industry
Experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans or similar tool
Experience with Docker
UI testing experience with Microsoft Playwright or Selenium
AI model testing experience
