Blackout 4.2 Update 1 introduces workflow improvements for placing manual redactions, a priority queue for executing time-sensitive projects ahead of other work, and performance improvements for cancellation and manual redactions.

Features
Priority Queue
Provide a mechanism for system admins to move projects into a priority queue from the "Project Status" page. Only one project at a time can execute in the priority queue. If another project is currently running in the priority queue, any other project flagged for it will not be able to start until the currently running project is finished.

Blackout Agent resources requirement remains the same
Priority Project tasks are enqueued behind manual markup tasks on the Blackout Agent task queue
Repeat Last Action
Update the right-click menu to have a top level menu item that lets reviewers quickly access the last type of manual right-click menu redaction placed. Also available via a new keyboard shortcut.
Control + B is the repeat last action shortcut. This is not configurable.
Cancelling Projects Failures
With the introduction of a priority queue, it is important to be able to quickly promote or stop projects that are running in order to actually manage the execution of multiple concurrent projects. Today, it may take many minutes for a long running project to cancel. Any project will now cancel within 5 minutes or less.
Permissions Updates
In order to grant administrators more granular control of which Blackout features are available in a workspace, permissions have been updated.
